Once in the shower, take a small cloth towel and a bar of soap or body wash liquid and lather up until it's very foamy. Start from the chest and work all the way down to the feet and toes. Make sure to gently scrub your underarms and private areas. Now rinse off the foam. Take you face towel, rinse it off, and wipe your face. Gently get the ears, nose, eyes, and chin. After all that, you are finish and ready to dry off.
